These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReguMe.

ReguMe IS:

A wellness content organizer that helps you save and organize wellness protocols from social media
An AI-powered tool that extracts protocols from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook videos
A daily habit and supplement tracking platform
A supplement safety analysis tool (informational only)
A supplement and product tracking tool
A generator of anonymized health insights (with your opt-in consent)

ReguMe is NOT:

A medical device
A healthcare provider
A medical advice service
A diagnosis tool
A treatment service
Endorsed by any medical organization

Protocols are based on social media content created by third parties. ReguMe does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of creator advice.

We'll notify you 30 days before price changes

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Be at least 17 years of age
Provide accurate account information
Keep your account secure
Use the App for lawful purposes only
Not attempt to reverse engineer the App
Not scrape or automated-access the App
Not upload malicious content
Not violate intellectual property rights

You are solely responsible for:

Your health decisions
Following protocols from the App
Verifying information with medical professionals
Any consequences of using the App

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Share harmful health advice
Promote eating disorders
Encourage dangerous supplement combinations
Post illegal content
Spam or abuse the service
Scrape or copy our content
Reverse engineer the app
Use for commercial purposes (without permission)

We reserve the right to:

Remove violating content
Suspend or terminate accounts
Report illegal activity
Update these terms

7. Intellectual Property

ReguMe's IP

Creator Content

Social media video content, creator names, and profile images remain property of their respective owners. ReguMe does not claim ownership. We only store:

Metadata (title, description, creator info)
AI-extracted text summaries
Links to original content

User Content

You retain ownership of your personal data and tracking information. By using the App, you grant ReguMe a license to:

Store and process your data
Generate anonymized insights (if you opt-in)
Display your data within the App

Attribution & Fair Use

ReguMe provides attribution to original content creators through:

Creator names and usernames
Links to original videos
Follower counts and platform information

AI extraction is transformative use under fair use principles. Proper attribution is always provided.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

Social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
Cloud service providers (Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

We are not responsible for:

Third-party service availability
Changes to third-party APIs
Third-party privacy practices
External website content

9. Content Reporting

If you believe content in the App:

Violates copyright (see DMCA Policy)
Contains harmful health advice
Is inappropriate or offensive
Violates these Terms

We will review and may remove content at our discretion.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES:

Accuracy of extracted protocols
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Uninterrupted service
Error-free operation

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ReguMe SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Health outcomes or adverse reactions
Accuracy of creator content
Supplement interactions or side effects
Lost data or service interruptions
Third-party service failures
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum Liability:

Limited to amount paid for subscription (if any)
Not to exceed $100 in any case

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReguMe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any laws
Your health decisions based on App content

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in prohibited activities
Required by law
At our discretion for any reason

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or via our Data Deletion page.

Upon termination:

Your access will cease
Your data will be deleted (within 30 days)
These Terms will survive where applicable

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically California.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by:

Posting updated Terms
Updating the "Last Updated" date
Notifying you in-app (for material changes)

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
