How do I import a protocol?

1. Open ReguMe app
2. Tap the "+" button or "Import" tab
3. Paste a video URL from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
4. Wait for AI to extract the protocol
5. Review and save to your library

How do I track my progress?

ReguMe provides daily action checklists for each protocol. Simply check off items as you complete them. Progress is automatically tracked and visualized in the app.

Can I create custom protocols?

Yes! You can create custom protocols by manually entering supplements, habits, and routines directly in the app.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time:
